2.8% base pay increase. Subject to review, if inflation is below 2.3% or above 3.3%.

RPI for jan is to be published on the 21st/1/15.
Dec RPI avg was 2.5.

mentioned this to a finance director and he informed me that this pay rise had already been worked into next years budgets. They work on the assumption that any pay rise is self funded hence the yearly budget battles we have at local level.
