Grievance ?: Stage 3 is the final level as far as I know, so that means you have exhausted the internal process. You can go to an Employment Tribunal if you meet the criteria and time constraints, and if the CWU think have a case they will provide support and assistance.

Appeal ? - After a dismissal. If you were unfairly dismissed the same as above.

After a stage 3 grievance as to the industrial relations procedure has been exhausted, you approach your branch to contact
union HQ for a rule 13 ballot

A rule 13 ballot is normal after a stage 3 disagreement not a grievance, if you have exhausted all the stages you may now be able to go to acas I would call them now for advice

The internal process has now been exhausted. I will contact Acas.

As an OPG who has worked with RM for 25years, I am being denied promotion, and all management have gone against me.

I need representation to help and support for the next stage.

I feel very let down and have been treated different.
I also feel I will not be able to work under or lying managers who . discriminate and mess up ppl lifes.

Hope this. Never happens to.anyone.

EVR is my only option. I am very sad that I am leaving on these terms.

Even acas, et or anyone can't support what I been through. Even Atos is a joke.

Acas say go get local advice!

If I didnt opt for EVR, then I would be resigning after all the b&h, discrimination and all that was done was a big cover up by management!
