Sick Pay for Strike Period

I went off on the day before the strike. I went into the office and explaine why i couldn't work. I still got docked for the strike but I could easily have handed a sick line in. The inly reason I never as I was only off for 5 days. Do I stand for reeiving any sick pay? Any advice welcomed?

simply you are due pay as you were not on strike ask your dom why you were not paid if hes says you were not on sick quote the attendce procender that all absences are treated as genune
