Get onto your rep to fo to disagreement over it! At the very least put in a grievance and encourage others too as well. According to Way Forward Agreement annual leave should be sorted by end of Oct - never is, but if you don't complain the Dom won't do anything.

The Union does our Annual leave at our Mail centre and is done without any hassle or mistakes, the managers do the Network and Collection and it takes twice as long, enough said!!
