Can anyone tell me whether I can refer myself to Atos instead of management doing it? If so can anyone give me correct phone number to call.

you can ask your manager to refer you to atos. when he does it will take about 2 weeks before atoms to get in touch with you.

Each time I've had an atos referal, they have called me the next day or the day after. Never any later than 2 days. You should be given a phone appointment time when your manager calls to refer you.
