When will lapsing stop?

We were supposed to stop lapsing weeks ago but there seems to be no end to it!
Are we only going to stop over Christmas or have other offices stopped already?

Seriously though in the area I work a lot of offices do not lapse, it seems to be only certain offices where a core of staff continue to come in far too early thus creating time for lapsing by running around, I work at one of those offices ffs.

I get asked in my office why are we still lapsing ? My reply is always the same are you finishing within your duty time ? The headbanging moment is when they say yes ,but I have to come in early & work my break

it stops when it is the same or above your model week.....your rep and manager should know a couple of weeks in advance on when it can stop.....the model week should have been agreed in the revision process....

the model week must be stupidly high in our office then cause we are rammed everyday , and he is still trying to do it

ask to see the figures...ask your rep what the agreed model week is.....there is no reason for you not to see it....in reality when the revisions took place the model week was chosen on the knowledge of a higher week would offer more hours in the office but more chance of lapsing, going lower would have less lapsing....the problem was (I believe) it was very hit and miss in alot of delivery offices.

Model week has nothing to do with it anymore - we've been in disagreement over it for ages but guys still do it.

All the time these muppets come in early and run round with no meal relief and finish early, we will be doing lapsing
