Don't think it is part of the MOT but you could burn to death or drown if the doors will not open and you cannot wind the window down in time.

It isn't against the law but it needs fixing as the glass may drop into the door my own car had that problem door had to be dismantled to fix it the mounting had broken

Only the door operations, the only regulation (construction and use)as to windows is the light they let in

We used to have Sherpas with security glass windows which didn't open. They were fun in the summer, NOT!

Don't give them the chance to alter the vans windows. They'll want solid doors with just a slot to view the wing mirrors only. So that way they'll "be more secure"..!
