loops getting more mail

When we started these P/L walks 2 year ago my 6 loops were times at 45 minutes per loop (4 and a half hours).
We now have 2 bags instead of one per loop due to the extra parcels plus we have to deliver to neighbours and they still think it takes 45 minutes per loop. Not forgetting double lapsing to fit in BEFORE we start.
Then you get all the sh*t when you get back from the DOM when you can't complete and you feel absolutely fooked .............. is it worth all the hassle

Use your trolley, start on time ,take your break work till your time , what can they do then , test you , let them if you being honest you have nothing to worry about
