post box strategy

Just wondering if there are any delivery offices in the country where they have actualy started collecting mail from the boxes as advertised on the little stikers ..or is the so called strategy just a pure and blind job cutting exercise without any vision for good customer service. 7am Saturday collection is surely not good customer service!

ours was put back cos the planners have to assess the routes, if it is anything like they planned our shared van routes another f-ck up on the way. shame its working ok at the mo

Ours won't be starting until early 2016. So why did we put the stickers on the boxes???

Royal Mail are also writing to firms who have a collection asking/telling them that it will be earlier in the day. I wonder who'll be expected to deal with these earlier collections...?

No extra keys cut ... no box collections for delivery staff..... nothing happening in our DO for the time being and no one knows when it will start ??

nothing happened at our DO yet at all was told it would be feb 2015 when it started
