Break times

Our callers is opening Sundays and the shifts are 9.45-16.10, which is 6.25 per day, we have been told we are only entitled to 20 minutes break but I'm sure it should be 30 mins, can anyone clarify or point me in the direction of some agreement?

I work 5 and half hrs per day and am entitled to 30 mins per day which I take in 15 mins slot

think you are due 5mins every hour might be wrong though.

Working between 5 to 7 hours gives you a 30 minute break

not at the start or end of your duty, if it is interrupted you get the full break 20 mins again.

Fill-time meal break entitlements

All full-time employees working in delivery offices on a 40-hour gross week over five or six days will generally have a standard entitlement to 40 minutes meal break per day and 30 minutes on the shorter day (normally Saturday) of a six day attendance

Part-time jobs, and full-time jobs with non-standard attendance patterns, will attract meal breaks for each daily attendance as followed, reflecting a generally pro-rata entitlement to the national weekly standard:
