Scotland election material

Can anyone shed any light on this please. We had addressed election material last week, we were told that we weren't getting paid for them, week before we had 1 d2d then dom handed out another one for election but not on sheet saying it was d2d, any official documentation people to show my dom, I think we should be paid for them
