Just wondering if there is a direct contact number at Union HQ for dealing with queries regarding resigns?

Been 7-8 months since my offices revision and still no sign or mention of a resign despite it being a requirement of the revision as all our duties have been changed significantly.
There is also mention from our DOM when asked about it, that some duties would be ring fenced.

Our local rep is of no help as he has only been in RM a few years and has found himself on a nice cushy duty, so the longer it's put off the better as far as he is concerned.

Really need some guidance and advice from the top as a grievance has now been lodged about the delay in a resign and we'd like to know some details before they attempt to fob us off.

If anyone knows a tel number or even an email for someone that can help at Union HQ it would be appreciated ?
