Relaxation Allowance Part Time Staff

The Way Forward Agreement states "The additional grace break may be extended to 20 minutes for full-time indoor jobs &
scheduled as "RELAXATION ALLOWANCE" ...(10 minutes may be scheduled within indoor part-time jobs)."
My question is. Has the agreement been amended or should managers be observing that if full time staff are receiving
the additional break then part-time staff are also entitled. I am currently based in a distribution centre.

jeez most people don't take their meal relief so why should they be entitled to a grace one

I am surprised that "MOST" staff in your workplace do not take their meal breaks.
