Received a sheet headed WTLL today and was asked to sign it. It was composed of all the RM/CWU propaganda on keeping safe in the Sun. My question is, and this is from someone who has not had a WTLL session for at least 3 years, and that is does a piece of paper with information on it replace a proper Work Time Listen and Learn Session with your line manager in which you have the opportunity to question and discuss the topics raised?

Our office never does WTLL. If I get sunstroke can I blame RM for not giving me WTLL :hmmmm

The perks of working in a sub office 8 miles from the main DO :nana

Ditto , waiting to be briefed about this new fangled " Deliver to Neighbour" yet and see what the reply is to Farms that are miles apart ;)

We tend to have sheets sent over for us to sign and a 3 min phone call once in a blue moon as Work Time Learning :silenced

This is exactly what I mean. Managers are not working to the principles of the BT2010 Agreement or the recent agreement.
