Extra leave days

Does RM still give days extra leave after so many years service?

As far as I know it's five weeks leave for twenty years service which then rises to six weeks at twenty five years.

After 15 years - Five weeks and 1 day.

ive been with rm for approx. 18-19 years,i have 6 weeks a year,as far as I know I m on 4 1/2 weeks a year and purchase a week and a half to make it up to 6 weeks,so for the want of a better word am I being conned,who do I contact to find out or can I work out on my wageslip,im full time by the way ive had never had any contact from hr

The percentage you pay changes but HR don't notify you. Take the POAL figure and see what % that is of your gross wage it should be 2% for each full week of additional leave you purchase. So roughly in your case around 0.8%

Four and a half weeks holidays?! I joined last june and signed for this years holidays in october,two weeks in summer which are allocated plus the two weeks i chose myself.......taking it the bank holidays are seperate,so whats this extra half week?

It's 4 weeks and 2.5 days,it should all be on your holiday sheet.
