Hi been trying to find the answer to this question but have had no luck so far, hoping someone can help me on here. As a Union member I am going on a career break for a year, so does my membership still remain for the period that I am away from work and resume as normal when back from my break, and do I have to pay any subs for the period that I am away from work?
many thanks

Re: union dues
I would imagine you are only regarded as a Union member as long as you keep paying your weekly subs.

Really? that concerns me a bit as I want a job to come back to, and was hoping union membership would ensure I don't get shafted when I return....dazzlin72 wrote:I would imagine you are only regarded as a Union member as long as you keep paying your weekly subs.
