A quick question if I may.
Does the stage 3 final report of a grievance procedure become part of the contract you work to within RM?

It would depend on what reason the grievance was raised for in the first place and what the stage 3 final report recommendations were.
If for instance the grievance was raised in connection with the content and the express terms of the contract of employment and the report upheld the grievance then the contract of employment would be amended accordingly.
