Request a walk test but don't hold your breath that you'll get one, managers know the walks are too long so they will not test it.

just tell them, you want it tested, if they refuse, tell them you will either leave some work in the frame or bring it back at your finishing time, it's their choice, only way to stop this crap, make sure your union rep is a witness!!!

When I was on deliveries, my walk was finally tested.
Management were 'too busy', so they got my union rep to do it.
Result: 2 revisions later it still hasn't changed.
