12th and 13th july in n/ireland
as the 12th falls on a saturday monday becomes a bank holiday in northern ireland can i be made to work that day without paid overtimel

The Saturday is a no service day and Monday is a Bank Holiday we are off both.
If you work the Saturday as in prep/ips etc you will get that day back into your holidays no OT
if you work the Monday you should be paid Bank Holiday rate or a day in lieu as it's an official BH.
