With the terms of the MTSF agreement not being covered by the legal protections in the "Agenda For Growth" agreement, and with MTSF being up for review in January 2015, it creates something of a dilemma.
EVR's (the terms of which are of course contained in MTSF) are now going around many parts of Royal Mail but what do you do? Take the offers now in anticipation of MTSF terms worsening? Maybe hang on for the next round of job cuts in case the MTSF terms are at least maintained or even improved a bit? What will be the MTSF line in the future regarding access to pensions for over 55's ?
What is a difficult decision to make is made a whole lot harder by not knowing what they future may or may not bring. Does anyone, even at this early stage, have any clue what RM / CWU will be looking at with MTSF?

Re: MTSF review and EVR's
I doubt that MTSF terms are going to be improved.Dee Plish wrote: Take the offers now in anticipation of MTSF terms worsening? Maybe hang on for the next round of job cuts in case the MTSF terms are at least maintained or even improved a bit?
