who has even been able to open a case of B&H ,, instead of getting told its really a grievance by the drones in Sheffield

lol I started a Grievance - which is being ignored and I am now being told its B&H!

I don't care what they call it I just want it sorted! Its Just delaying tactics - I bet if I put a B&H in now they'll take forever to look at it like last time - then they'll have the perfect excuse for ignoring the grievance! (DOMs amd DSMs are easily confused when they want to be!)

Be careful of the delaying tactics - this could be deliberate to get past the time limit for an Employment Tribunal.

Usually there's a three month limit from the date of the last 'incident' to lodge an ET1 form.

If you have a cause for action at Tribunal, they will definitely want to delay you.

Delaying tactics are getting beyond a joke. rep has complained and just getting ignored. Its been flagged up higher but nothing being done. Union need to get their act together.
