Noticed this week on pay slip a new box at the top - "Pensions Contrib Pay" = £383.26 (i.e. full-time pay) Message at bottom says this is the rate at which my 3% contributions have been calculated - and yes it tallies with what's been taken out.
However ... I'm on a 27h 44m contract - should they not be calculating my pension against that ???
Just wondering ...

As a full time section C member of the final/average salary scheme I worked it out as basic pay + the two delivery supplements minus the lower earnings deduction(worked out weekly) = pensions contrib pay.

Haha I no been a feck up or is it a dodgy payment on basic royal mail soon funny isn't it last pay slip year ending

There has been an "OPPS" email sent out to mngt, basically saying forget what the Gross & Net are saying on the payslip, it's the take home figure that is correct, big cock up at payroll

This week is the first time I've had a deduction "RMDCP MIN EE 1.82" and in the "Pensions Contrib. Pay" box, it say 44.35*, does anyone know what the figure represents and why theres a star next to it?
