Same here, I'm going to write to them and give them s**t this time. Everyone and his wife must have a copy of my birth cert and N.I card by now, never mind that they have my bank account details and full c.v too plus probably access to recent medical history. WTF.
How are these donkeys able to get away with treating this data this way?

Whats their problem? they have the c.v, the tax history, educational history well f**k, I can prove within reasonable parameters that my ancestors have been here for at least 500 years on the paternal line.
