postie refused docket to sign for himself
line manager says he will put ot in for him
goes on for months
manager keeps saying hes put in ot which we all know he does not
eventually postie has enough and puts in grievance against non payment of ot
grievance procedure followed through
after months of waiting result and outcome of grievance today,
guess outcome
no case to answer postie didnt follow proper procedure in filling in docket
ffs how could he line manager and dom refused to let him sign docket saying they will authorise all his ot
where do we go from here employment tribunal
