HOUSEHOLDS in a town will receive their post at new times under changes to delivery rounds.

Royal Mail said postmen and women will continue to deliver in the morning to homes in the Stone area, and for a longer period during the day.

But people may receive their post later or earlier, depending on where they live.

Royal Mail Operations Director Geoff Braden said there would be no job losses.

He added: "The local delivery team is fully committed to providing a high quality service that is friendly, reliable and which delivers six days a week."
