well lads this pressure is really getting beyong a joke at our office now we are getting daily stats and figures at what time we should be leaving the office and all our mail counts.
been at royal mail a good 4 year now and iam starting to get abit fcuked off with it. why we letting this happen , used to love the job. This is before our new deal ends and its only just begun.

do they count all the loose mail letters and flats ? d2ds and parcel and packets , they cant just go on mech figures , what has your rep said.

Been happening in our DO for a while now....the bullsh*t board is what we call it, every day the Guestimate figure is.........usually 10,000/15000 under the actual figure so it fecks up their idea of lapsing 1/2 hr each to about 8mins.......laughable really if it wasn't the norm from now on

they say these figures are everything included and we should be out the door by 9.15 its a piss take and i think the union need to do something nationally about it

Does the figures for the day have to include door to doors? B and h started up again in our place too , there should be a huge walkout to show them were sick fed up of this .
