DAYS WORKED IN LIEU

I have worked 20 days without overtime and now manager is saying there is no reccord of this because they were not put in the diary. What can I do. I am not the only person in the office this has happened to. We were told we would get these days back but so far nothing has happened union rep is not interested.

WHAT CAN I DO

Learn from the experience.
There is no agreed system of TOIL for OPG grade and no agreed banking of hours, where there is no system there are no checks and balances, no control measures, no comeback, no grievance only one word against another.
Next time get paid or go home.

Very surprised that what you say is going on that the Rep would allow it to happen
maybe time to man up and join the Union

Ask for a copy of the signing in and out sheets for the days you worked on overtime. Present the evidence to the DOM and if he refuses to pay you or give back the time, email to Moya, copy to Bob Gibson at CWU and state that if this matter does not get sorted you will be applying for settlement through Small Claims Courts. I would imagine that you will be recompensed in a very quick space of time.
