Hi, could anyone tell me, if you are on a duty that finishes at 8pm, would you be entitled to any shift allowance? I know shift allowance applies after 8pm, but I don't know how that applies if you finish dead on 8pm - would it only apply if you finish at, say, 8.01pm?
Also, how much is this allowance?

shift premium starts at 20:00 hrs - 21:40 its about £20 and pensionable too.
