Not directly but then its not that sort of agreement.

However there are plenty of words and phrases that intimate lapsing -

"Can Do Culture", resourcing to workload, greater efficiency the list is endless.

Yes, because the 'Agenda' Agreement is an extension of 'BT2010' which is in itself an extension of 'Pay&Mod 2007', which means that RM will pick the bits that suit them best and the CWU picks the bits that suit them .. oh, I forgot, there aren't any good bits for posties

dont forget the legal protections
you may not see any benefit coming from these as your union will be less likely to support IA for fear of putting those protections in jeopardy.
Nor will they challenge RM in the courts for fear of financially crippling the £25M or so the union takes per annum.
Fear not though there is some positive news. RM WILL challenge the union on everything as a multi billion pound industry.
