is there a maximum number of delivery points you can go to on a lapsed duty my part of lapse duty takes in 112 delivery points is this too much?

No. You do whatever you can do within your duty time.

Unfortunately as letters are in decline :hmmmm the managements jobs now are to deliver the USO as cheaply as they can. Lapsing is one method that they use and we will all see more often. Personally I just work my time if they ask me to do lapsing and I have time then I have no problem with it.
