The Way Forward Agreement
Does anybody know if there have been any definite changes to this document, especially regarding seniority and the way resigns are conducted. I understand that there was a legal stand a few years back regarding the fairness of seniority in resigns. Any knowledge and/or links would be greatly appreciated.
