It's nothing to do with sick pay...it just shows up on your pay slip if you're a part-timer doing overtime under 40/39hrs.6. That's right then. If you are under 39 hours, but still over your contract hours then its SSPR. (Single Standard Pay Rate), which coincidently will be about 50p higher than a FT/PT hourly rate to take into account the extra Delivery Supplement.
