contract query

been on a part time 12 month fixed term contract at the entry pay starting rate and all has gone well, have now been offered a permanent part time contract(20 hours) at the same pay rate ,I was under the impression I was due an increment increase after 12 months. May just be an error would appreciate any input from someone in the know, thanks.

Should get a pay rise after 6 months and again at 12 months,,, approx 50p per hour each rise i think
