revision repick

I am on a a jobshare duty we have just finished a revision there is only one jobshare duty mine what i want to know is does it go into the repick of duties as there are only two of us on 24 hour contracts the duty is a rural which was mine before it went to jobshare and i am the duty holder my manager wants us to choose a town round because it is easy to get covered when we are off idont think it should go into the repick of duties .Ihave 35 years service.thanks

We allow the senior opg to pick as normal and do as jobshare if they want.
