A new law has just been passed in the USA in the court of Appeal..The court has now made it impossable to sue your employer.
The decision permits employers to require workers, as a condition of keeping their jobs, to agree to arbitrate all workplace disputes and to do so as individuals, standing alone against their employer
Look at this and the similarity as to the new proposed national agreement with Royal Mail. I am talking on the Arbitration side, though at the moment with this agreement it does say mediate, so not binding.
You can see the way labour laws are now going. America sneezes and we get a cold

Not Canada they quite happily tell the US to Foxtrot Oscar, they have a fairly equitable labour relation law in place, Quebec is heavily Unionised of all the Provinces. Just because USA sneezes doesn't mean we get a cold, we should just take a lemsip instead.
