Yes.

Royal Mail is no longer subject to FOI requests.

I like a dig at HQ same as the next man but to be honest the idea that any national officers are holding meaningful amounts of shares in Royal Mail is a bit daft.
If it ever got out...and it would...it would mean the end of the road for any of them and no-one at HQ would risk their cumfy position over that.

No that only applies to employees, and they are not employed by Royal Mail. FTR reps would be though.
