waiting patiently for job as postie ,passed interview ,application states security checks passed , what happens next ? spoke with my manager not been contacted as yet for reference ,....

If I am not mistaken they do a second round of security checks for permanent positions after a week or so?

Hi, I applied for the job in October 2012, had my interview 2 weeks later, waited and waited and waited, started my job in January 2013! My advice is just be patient, which I know is frustrating but it's all you can do I'm afraid. Good luck to you :-)
