I SWEAR THAT I WILL DO ALL I CAN IN 2014 TO GET ON A NEW CAREER PATH.

THIS JOB IS TERRIBLE, NO FUTURE, MONEY IS GOOD FOR WHAT WE DO BUT IN REAL TERMS ISN'T FANTASTIC. NO PROSPECTS, MANAGEMENT ARE FILTH. WORK TOO HARSH ON OUR BODIES AND THIS MIND NUMBING JOB DECREASES YOUR IQ. IM GETTING OUT LADS, I SWEAR.

well our dustmen and road sweepers start their zero-hour contracts soon after they've been sacked and reapplied for their jobs so be thankful you have a job for now, good luck!

Here's a tip. When you write your CV don't do it in capitals.

My advice is to REALLY do it if that's what you want as we have all said it at some time in the past. :hmmmm

I hope the OP manages to escape from RM, but the best advice I can give is to make sure you don't burn your bridges.

Much as it may be tempting to tell them exactly what you think of them when you're on your way out of the door, try to resist the temptation to do so. They've heard it all before and it wont make an iota of difference to their lives, they'll simply move the next bloke into your job and will carry on as before.................... but if you find yourself out of work in the future, your parting shot may come back to haunt you.

Been there, done that.
