You have the days right its 14 days or 4 absences in a 12 month period to trigger review but you are only on the review for 6 months now. Your manager is also duty bound to speak to you informally when you appear close to breaking the standards. If your manager trys to go straight to review without informal chat first he is not following thd new attendance agreement so you need to act on it. You can also initiate an informal chat yourself to discuss your sick record at anytime.

PS the new sick agreement was rolled out in May of this year.

it is still a rolling 12 month period - unless you have a break of 6 clear months without any absences.

go 6 months without any absences and you get a clean slate so to speak

Your absences stay with you for 12 months though but really you could have 3 seperate ones as long as you dont have a fourth or exceed 13 days and you wouldn't even trigger. Just make sure you keep an eye on your days. For example if your off monday to friday make sure you phone up on the sat to say you will be fit for monday because if you dont they count the weekend so your 5 day sick becomes a 7 day sick and your period of no action becomes shorter. Hope thats not to complicated sorry if it is. To be honest as long as you keep an eye on your days and the amount of absences you have you will be ok and can cover hayfevers and viruses.

I went sick on the 7th Jan 2013 for 5 days
Then on July 2nd for 5 days
Now im currently sick starting 3rd of Jan
I think i wasnt on a stage last January
In july i received no back to work meeting.
What stage would i be on

If not on a stage at the start and you went back after 3 days - then you are at the limit but not on a stage.

If you are still sick then you have breached the 14 days limit so they "could" put you on a stage. The missed BTW interview does not have a bearing except at stage 3 when procedural errors can affect the outcome.
