xmas tips

hi all, what are peoples opinions on tips sharing? Its our first xmas doing p&l. Would you say put all tips in a pot and share at the end or just do keep what you get given. Havent brougt it up with partner yet. I would rather share and give floaters a cut too.

what tips since we started later,giving worse service public dont appreciate us anymore, pt duty cover who dont care where mail goes on your day off,all the junk mail,utilities bills debt letters no i dont think we will see much in the way of tips

i said i would share tips with my partner and a couple of days before he decided nah just keep our own

been floater for 3 yrs about 10 pound a year in tips and nothing from regulars(except bottle of wine and box of chocs from)! they al say we are good floaters and we know they get plenty of tips but they they keep all tips seems a bit wrong too me :sad:

I was handed a box of choccies and a card today by one customer, having only been in the job 5 weeks and this round for just the one full week. I think i'll find out who's round it is normally (might be on the sick) and pass it on :cool
