New contract conundrum

Evening all,

After two long years working for Angard I was recently handed a 25 hour 3 month rolling contract. At least 70% of that I've been on collections exclusively, the majority of the rest in a mail centre. Using my hands and toes I could probably count up the amount of deliveries I've done. However In the past two weeks (coincidentally since the collection manager has been absent) I've done more deliveries than I have collections, this isn't really an issue but in short I prefer full collections/hybrids.

Now here's my quandary. On the rmg-i-grasp job offer page it states my hours Mon-Sat one day off, hours between 09.00-18.30/1900. There is no mention of this anywhere within my printed contract.

In this current week and next week I have been scheduled for multiple 06.15/06.30 starts with various finish times. Next week those finish times are 11.15/11:30, presumably (I haven't been in today to check for myself) with overtime on the end to enable myself to finish the walk.

Firstly, do I have grounds to complain?
Secondly, assuming I do have the overtime (not requested by myself) can I hand it back on the day/first day of my week (Tuesday) and cut off for an 11.15/30 finish?

seems odd most part timers start at 8 am or 830am
