TNT/DHL Etc
Is there anything to stop Royal Mail from delivering mail on the cheap from these tossers? They must be pi**ing themsleves laughing at what a great service they get from us for such low payments.

There is something called 'Access Headroom', which restricts what RM can and can't do.
Think there is a restriction on what RM can tender for.

If we have to start charging VAT, I hope we can pass this cost on to TNT and DHL after all they are pushing for us to pay VAT in the first place.
