London postie union rep no job in 3 years

Just seen on the news a London union rep talking about privatisation, he's talking about having no job in 3 years.... Well he ain't helping by running around his delivery on camera there with a bag over his shoulder, where's your LWT

Maybe they have not had a revision yet lucky buggers because he would not sign it off as it is crap from the planners.

I was using a LWT, long before revision n getting the harassment that goes along with it, but I dug my heels in.... People need to catch themselves on in this business. Managers are even beginning to see the light of not cutting anymore duties, so why not posties. Doorstepping, short cuts, non use of tools, running etc is what has led privatisation to the door n these idiots are the cause

you will see a cull of managers, your conditions will be eroded, new management will be ruthless, same shitty conditions as other postal services across europe. Zero hour contracts

His name is Dominic Beck and he's from the Fulham office,not sure if they have had a full revision yet.
If I was to be interviewed,I would be carrying a bag as well as my office has not had a full revision yet.

Chatting to a planner in the week and he said if you use a HCT you can still loop with a bag up to 8 kg as long as the trolley remains chained and in sight. ? True or false ?

Has any London office had a full revision I wonder. If I was to be the devils advocate I'd be asking why it has taken so long to implement an agreement created more than 3 years ago and as an employer why I would want to continue as a nationalised industry continuing to negotiate with a workforce that hasn't delivered on the previous agreement.

I would also be carrying a bag. Only 2/3rd of offices have had a revision approx 1% are working.
