P&L in itself is quite good in my opinion, compared to pushing a monster trolley around for 5 hours. The issues with P&L start with far too many OPGs deciding to abandon the LWTs (because they take longer) with proper justification, or turning a blind eye to the 5Kg weight limit if delivers to a flat block, because they don't want to take more time walking back to the van to collect more mail for the loop.

With an achievable workload, a decent partner and both doing the job something like "properly," it is not bad. But long term those fuel costs and van maintenace costs are going to kill privatized RM.
