Another absence from me will result in me getting a 1st stage,my question is after getting a 1st stage will it be over the old 12 month period or the new 6 month period.
Two of my absences were in the old agreement & the other one was in the new agreement,sorry if this is confusing.

if you stay absence free for 6 months, you come off it, revert to nil stage, if you have some absences, but don,t go over the limit, then you revert back one, ie stage 2 to 1, stage 1 to 0.
