I had recently gone onto a full time contract. I asked if I could go back to my old hours and my own duty (30) because my new role is making me unwell for a few reasons. I was told the only way I can go back is to drop to 28........which I have reluctantly accepted in my head.

The full time contract came in the post recently and I have still NOT signed it. Do I have any legal standing by having still not signed the full time contract?

Also I was told I could drop back to 28 but have since found out that can only happen if another part timer accepts full time......so we swap basically. This last part about swapping with a part timer wasn't mentioned to me in the meeting I had with the managers. I was just told I could drop to 28.

All I want to do is just have my own duty (like I had before) in the area I was in before with 28 hours. They seem to be making life really difficult for me. It really is making me ill. I have a fixed contract and have been at royal mail for 5 years.
