Is there anyway to opt out of receiving the Courier and all the other rubbish that Royal Mail posts out to their employees , Im sick of reading the same rubbish every other day !

I sent mine back refused and after a couple of weeks they sent me an opt out form.
I no longer receive it.
However, they still send the courier specials/flashes propaganda, but I just label them refused/RTS, unopened.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.
