another warning?

Hi there just a quick question : the last time I was off sick was in January and was on a stage warning now that I have not been absent for 6 months does that mean I go back to having no stages and also im currently absent for 2 weeks when i go back next week will I get another warning ? thanks

When you had the absense in January were you on a stage at that time or did that absence trigger a stage 1? If so your current absence will likely trigger a stage 2.

If you're on a stage 2 right now you'r current absence is going to trigger a stage 3 and that's bad.
