Hi, im looking at taking a buy down but dont want to stir up a hornets nest with my manager. Could anyone share some wisdom as how they work and what sort of figure they offer. All info greatly appreciated. Kevin.

You'll be lucky matey. I had to give my hours up as Royal Fail refused me buy down. Just made me more determined to go part time.
