I thought the idea of being in a union was everyone sticks together, I understand different offices are going to have different problems but when so many offices are having the same problems why doesn't the union take action. All we ever hear are talks are ongoing well that doesn't help the posties who have to put up with the bullying and harrasment day in and day out. They're not the ones who are being treated like something you'd find on the bottom of your shoe. They wouldn't like or expect to be treated like it so why are they dragging their heals in sorting the problem out? The 2010 agreement was meant to put a stop to bullying and harrasment but its gotten worse since park and loop has been introduced. Enough is enough the union need to get behind its members and show Royal Mail that they can't treat people like they do.

Thats why the CWU HQ are coy about calling any action, after the last BT2010 "deal of the century" most members have no faith that if they did go out on strike, that any deal that the cwu could get would be any better.

You can't keep fooling the members and get away with it again and again and again.
